THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PEOPLE
We are different in almost everything. From the colour of our eyes, our skin to the colour and the texture of our hair are all differently unique and distinct from one another. These dissimilarities are in most cases hereditary and therefore, the difference is biological. It depends on our inherited genes.
For example, if a baby is born with ginger hair, within a few months; the hair may change to a fair colour since the hair the baby was born with normally falls out completely and new hair grows.
The new hair could be thick and frizzy, fine and very soft, thin and shiny, or can be straight and tends to be bone-straight, very coarse and difficult to curl or curly with a pattern of curls ranging from spirals to spiral-shaped corkscrew. Hair can also be kinky and tends to be very wiry and fragile but tightly coiled and can have curly pattern.
As we grow older, our hair gets thinner and thinner. Some people may experience hair loss at quite a very early age while for others would have a head full of hair throughout their life time.
People who earlier had dark hair may find that it turns to be white greyish or frosty and slivery even before they turn into their 40s.
Despite black hair being not only the darkest it is also the most common of all hair colors of human race, because larger populations have this predominant trait. It actually is a dominant genetic characteristic, that is found in people of all ethnic backgrounds.
African people in general have dark brown skin and dark hair with tighter and smaller curls than people of other races on the globe mostly those people whose ancestors come from Europe or part of Asia who have paler skin.
The colour of human skin can range in variety from the darkest brown to the lightest hues. An individual skin colour or pigmentation is genetic in nature and results from the product of an individual's biological parents' genetic composition or make up and sometimes exposure to the sun.
We vary in many aspects. Even our growth rate differs. The rate at which we develop also varies. Boys and girls who are of the same age may most often show big variables in growth spurts especially at the age of puberty.
It often happens that at the age of 11 or 12, girls tend to be much taller than boys of the same age, but at the age of 15-16, boys grow rapidly taller and overtake the girls of the same age both in height and in body strength.
The way our body develops is not only as a result of physical differences but, mental processes play a large part in what we need to do to achieve. Behavior, is a term used to describe actions of a person or animal and something that can be observed by others, and mental process. The systematic series of actions that happens within the brain have both great significance in growth and development.
Mental process influences the behavior of people for example, the desire to become a skillful footballer, a long-distance marathoner or a professional basket baller requires stamina and many years of rigorous practice to try and reach the highest level.
Even if one is involved in hours of body building exercises and work-outs or weight lifting activities in the gym, it is never easy for a person to compete in a weight lifting competition when what they have is a small frame and feeble bones.
To a certain extent, the food we eat will determine the way we grow and develop. The food we eat or fail to eat can give us fragile or strong bones. Regular physical exercise of intensity that is moderate such like walking, cycling, or doing outdoor sports have significant benefits for our healthy body.
At all ages, the benefit of physical activeness outweighs potential harm, like through accidents. Little physical activity is far much better than doing none.
By becoming a bit more active throughout the course of the day is relatively very simple way, people can quite easily and achievably attain the recommendable activity levels.
Physical exercises, if regularly and adequately done, have immense importance such as improving people's masculinity and cardiorespiratory ability; bone formation and strength;
reduced risks of many diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and even stroke as well as various types of cancers which include the cancer of the breast and the colon, and also depression.
It also reduces the dangerous risk of falls as well as hip or vertebral breakage or fractures; and in additional is fundamental to our energy balance and control of weight.
Lack of physical activity and consumption of too much sugary food may result in excessive weight gain to people who eat this junk food.
It however seems unfair that one person eats all kinds of fattening food and not gains much weight whilst others get overweight by just having a glance at cream-filled pastries.
